A members’ app, a staff portal and a gate scanner for a club of about 80,000 members, fed by the club’s 20-year-old desktop system without replacing it.

A members’ app pitch with a working 29-screen app inside the page, in Arabic and English, rebuilt photo-led after the client said the first one looked generic.

One page that pitches both the club system and the members’ app, with real ERP screens re-branded for the client and a working app.

Boss 1
71 services, 121 GiB of data and every database the company has, moved to a new provider without losing a byte or sending a single email twice.
Boss 2
Managers wanted answers from live club data in plain Arabic. The data includes salaries, national IDs and money. The model could not be allowed to see or change any of it on its own.
Boss 3
A club takes money at gates, desks, cashiers and apps all day. Every piaster has to land in the right account, with an entry nobody can quietly edit later.
Boss 4
A club of about 80,000 members wanted a modern app without replacing the desktop system its cashiers have used for two decades.
Boss 5
Four board games, live opponents, tournaments and bots, on cheap phones with bad connections and wrong clocks, where a modified client should never be able to cheat.
Boss 6
Brand stands run all day, with queues, noise and nobody technical nearby. The game has to start itself, read any body and hand out the right prizes.
Every tool here is used in at least one project on this page. Tap one to see where.
How the game went so far, year by year.
